Initial Treatment
Your first session includes additional time for your personalised wellness consultation. This is an important opportunity for me to learn about your health history, understand your wellness goals, and tailor the treatment to suit your individual needs.
Included in your session:

A 10–15 minute foot soak with magnesium flakes and your choice of essential oils.

Relax in a zero - gravity chair with supportive pillows and cozy blankets for optimal comfort.

The gentle warmth of an infrared heat lamp, which emits safe infrared electromagnetic energy. This promotes body warmth, supports cell renewal, and encourages deep relaxation.
Follow up Treatment
In each follow-up session, you’ll have the opportunity to share any changes in your health and wellness since your last visit, allowing the treatment to evolve with your needs. When booking you may choose to include:

Follow up Treatment - RLD
Each follow-up session includes time to discuss any changes in your health and wellness since your last visit. I will also review the measurements taken from your arms or legs during your previous session and explain the insights they provide. This information is graphed for reflection during your 4-6week treatment sessions.
